About Steadfast Property Services LLC

Jefferson sits near three thousand feet, where frost arrives early and leaves late — some Octobers the grass quits growing before the leaves have finished falling. Steadfast Property Services LLC plans the year around that narrow window: mowing through the growing weeks, trimming and edging on every visit, cleanup as soon as the ground firms in spring, and a full clearing of leaves and debris before winter shuts the door. Properties out toward Lansing and along the back roads need somebody who keeps coming, not somebody who comes once. The reward is a place that looks in November much as it did in June — orderly, kept, ready. Steady is the name of the whole thing.
