About Topsail Land Management

Head east from Island Creek and the land opens out toward the sound — pine flats, ditch banks, and lots that need more cutting than a push mower could ever imagine. Topsail Land Management takes the big and the small of it: routine lawn mowing, trimming around structures and fence lines, edging of drives and walks, and cutting overgrown ground back to something usable. In Pender County a lot left to itself through a warm wet summer disappears fast. Bringing it back to open, even grass is the sort of work you can see from the road once it is finished. Then it goes on the schedule so it stays that way.
