About RK Preferred Landscaping

On weekday mornings Indian Trail empties toward Charlotte, and the neighborhoods go quiet in a way that suits outdoor work. RK Preferred Landscaping uses those hours — mowers running down empty streets, trimmers around the mailboxes, edges cut along the drives, everything cleared off before noon. The idea is that folks come back down Highway 74 to a yard that looks like nobody had to think about it. Piedmont clay, warm-season grass and long humid summers make lawn care here a matter of showing up week after week rather than making grand gestures. They like the ordinary evidence of it: even turf, clean concrete, a neat ring cut around a mailbox post.
