Pride Lawn Care

About Pride Lawn Care

January in Hope Mills is bare and bright: Bermuda gone tawny, pines still dark, the air sharp enough to see your breath at seven in the morning. Pride Lawn Care does not disappear into it. Winter rounds are cleanup rounds — leaves and pine straw lifted off dormant turf, beds and borders cleared out, the odd cut when a warm week wakes something up. Edges get re-established while the ground is firm, so spring starts from a line instead of a guess. Come March the lawns they tend green up looking like they were never left alone, which is the entire idea.
