Willie's Lawn Care

About Willie's Lawn Care

By late June the light lasts in High Point until nearly nine, and the fireflies come up out of the grass just as the last pass is finished. Willie's Lawn Care works toward that hour — mowing, edging where the walk meets the yard, trimming the corners and posts, sweeping the drive clean with the blower. Shrubs are shaped, beds are mulched, and once the oaks turn, the leaves are raked and hauled off. A freshly cut lawn at dusk has a smell to it that nothing else in the year quite matches. That is the part worth coming back for.
