About Black Dog Lawn Care & Landscapes

Fog lies flat on Oak Hollow Lake most spring mornings and doesn't lift until the sun clears the pines above the shoreline. By then Black Dog Lawn Care & Landscapes has a first yard half-cut, the mower lines running clean across a sloping High Point lot. Mowing, trimming and edging bring the grass down to one shape; mulched beds and shaped shrubs give that green a border to lean against. Dogwoods flower, storms knock limbs down, and in November the leaves come off all at once and have to be cleared. The best part of the day is the look back from the truck door — a straight line held, a walk blown clean, a house sitting properly in its own yard.
