Ralph's Lawn Service

About Ralph's Lawn Service

In Brookford the mill houses sit close along the Henry Fork, small yards squared off by fence and street, and in late November they get their last cut of the year. Ralph's Lawn Service handles that one the same as all the others — mower set low for the season, trimmer along the posts, edger down the walk, everything blown clean. Through the growing months it is the weekly round, and through the fall it is leaves, hauled off before the wet sets them into the grass. Mulch and shrub work fill in the shoulders of the year. A modest yard kept in good order says something about a house, and around Hickory there are a lot of houses worth saying it about.
