The Yard Barber

About The Yard Barber

The name says it, and the work backs it up: a yard gets a trim. Midday around Hayesville, with the Tusquitee ridges standing blue to the north, The Yard Barber goes down a lawn in even passes — mowing, string trimming, edging along the walk, shrubs squared up where they have gone shaggy. Details are the difference. One sharp line at the driveway, one height across the whole yard, and no ragged tuft left around a post or a fence corner. Out toward Shooting Creek or right in town, the finish is the same: a place that looks freshly cut and holds it for the week.
