Tommy's Lawn Care Services

About Tommy's Lawn Care Services

By late August the heat over Richmond County has weight to it, and the cicadas start up in the pines along Hitchcock Creek well before noon. Tommy's Lawn Care Services plans around that — the heavy mowing early, the trimming and edging while the shade swings back across the yards. Grass here grows in fits, fast after a thunderstorm and stubborn through a dry week, so the schedule bends to what the lawn is actually doing. Clippings raked off the walk, borders trimmed back to a firm shoulder, the drive blown clean before the truck pulls away. It is small work done fully, and it shows from the street in Hamlet long after the mower has gone quiet.
