Wolf Lawncare

About Wolf Lawncare

Late in the year along Horsepen Creek the frost holds in the shade until midmorning, and the first sun off a stiff lawn throws up a thin steam. Wolf Lawncare is out in that hour on the northwest side of Greensboro, finishing the last cuts of the season, clearing leaves off dormant turf and cutting beds back for the cold months. Through the warm half of the year it is mowing, trimming, edging and mulch, week after week, from the first flush of spring growth onward. Winters here are short and gray, but the work never fully stops — a lawn put to bed properly comes back faster. There is quiet pride in being the first truck on a street that is still asleep.
