About Green Stripes Lawn Care & More

Green River Cove Road folds back on itself a dozen times before it reaches water, and on a foggy morning the whole gorge looks drawn in soft pencil. Green Stripes Lawn Care & More takes its name at its word: alternating passes so a yard wears clean bands of light and dark, then trimming and edging until the borders are exact. Whatever the blade throws gets swept off the walks and the drive, because half of a good cut is what you carry away. The reward lands about ten in the morning, when the fog lifts and the striping catches the first honest sun of the day. A lawn like that holds its pattern until the next cut, which is the entire idea.
