About Precision Landscaping and Design, LLC

Granite Falls takes its name from water dropping over rock on Gunpowder Creek, and the town grew up around mills within earshot of it. Precision Landscaping and Design, LLC works the Caldwell County ground between that creek and the Catawba, where the foothills roll down to Lake Rhodhiss and the Blue Ridge stands blue on the north horizon. Warm months are mowing and trimming and edging, a lawn cut across the slope so the lines follow the shape of the land. Winter is the other trade — these foothills catch storms the flatter Piedmont misses, and when one lands the plow goes out early to open drives and lots before anybody has to guess at them. Either way the finished job looks the same from the road: everything squared away, nothing left hanging.
