D & L Lawn Care

About D & L Lawn Care

Saturday mornings in this township start with red clay dust off the gravel drives and a mower already warm. D & L Lawn Care runs a route through it — cutting, trimming around posts and mailboxes, edging where the concrete meets the grass, and blowing the walks clean at the end of each stop. Union County lawns take the sun hard by August and come roaring back after the first real rain, so the cut height gets adjusted rather than the schedule. When the season turns the leaves loose, they get gathered up and carried off. A cut yard on a Saturday afternoon is a small, whole thing. Goose Creek, Stallings and Monroe.
