Conley's Lawn Care

About Conley's Lawn Care

August in Wayne County arrives thick — heat standing over the fields south toward Dudley, cicadas going all day, grass shooting up an inch between visits. Conley's Lawn Care starts early against that, cutting while the air still has some give in it and finishing before the pavement turns to a griddle. Mowing at the right height so the lawn holds moisture, trimming the fence rows, edging the drive back to a true shoulder, then blowing the clippings off the concrete. Where town gives way to farmland the yards get bigger and the edges get longer, and that suits the work fine. By evening the property sits quiet and squared away, which is the whole reason for the early start.
