Adame’s Lawn Care

About Adame’s Lawn Care

West of town the Crowders Mountain ridge stands up out of the Piedmont like a knuckle, and on clear mornings you can see it from half the yards in Gastonia. Adame's Lawn Care likes that first hour, when the clay is still cool and the dew hasn't burned off the fescue yet. Mowing, edging and trimming go down in one unbroken pass, and the clippings come off the walk before the truck rolls to the next drive. What's left behind is a line along the concrete so clean it looks drawn with a straightedge. When October turns the oaks loose all at once, the leaves get gathered up just as quickly as they fall.
