Adam’s Lawn & Landscaping

About Adam’s Lawn & Landscaping

Spring comes late to the high country around Gap Civil — there is still frost on the pasture grass some May mornings, and the green climbs the ridges slowly. Adam's Lawn & Landscaping starts once the ground firms up, mowing yards that sit hard against fence line and woods, trimming where a mower cannot reach, edging drives cut into the slope. Alleghany County runs cooler than anywhere downhill, so grass grows at a measured pace and a good cut keeps its shape. Beds get mulched, hedges shaped, walks cleared before the gate closes behind the truck. On a clear day up here you can count three ridgelines from the yard you are standing in.
