About Acorn Lawn Care

Mornings in the French Broad valley begin under fog, the river holding it low until the sun clears the ridge and lifts it away in pieces. Acorn Lawn Care starts the day into that — boots wet, mowing across slopes rather than up them, because a mountain yard is never flat and never pretends to be. Trimming runs around porch posts, fence lines and the rock walls people built here out of whatever the hillside offered. By the time the mist is gone the grass is cut and the edges are drawn tight against the gravel. Up these coves the green comes on fast in May and quits late, and the work follows it.
