About Perry's Lawn Care LLC

Fireflies come up out of the grass in the Franklin bottoms around nine on a July evening, a whole field of them lighting at once. Perry's Lawn Care LLC spends those long days mowing ahead of the dark — one yard, then the next, string trimming close along the walks while the light lasts. The service is plain and it is the entire thing: cutting, edging, trimming, cleanup, week in and week out through a growing season that runs from April well into October up here. A lawn kept on that rhythm never needs rescuing, which spares everyone the bigger job later. And a fresh-cut yard at dusk, with the mountains going blue behind it, is a fine thing to stand and look at.
