About Clark & Co. Landscape Services

In October the color comes down off Wayah Bald a little lower each week until it finally reaches the yards in town. Clark & Co. Landscape Services works straight through that stretch — mowing what is still growing, pulling leaves off the turf before rain packs them into a mat, cutting one last tidy border before the ground goes cold. Autumn in Franklin is short and gorgeous and messy, and the difference between a lawn that comes back strong in April and one that limps is mostly what happens now. Trimming, raking, the beds put to bed, the walks cleared. It is the season that pays you back later, and there is real pride in getting it done while the light is still gold.
