About Southern Lawn Man, LLC.

There are old shade trees standing in some front yards that were growing long before the subdivisions showed up, and the shade under them is the finest place to stand in August. Southern Lawn Man, LLC. spends the hot half of the year working around trees like that — mowing, string trimming close in at the trunks, edging the drive, and clearing the walk before pulling off. Summer heat sets the pace: early starts, steady hands, water in the cooler, done before the afternoon really builds. Lawns under that canopy want a specific cut height, and giving them the right one is what keeps them from thinning out to bare dirt by September. Late in the day, with the yard even and the sun coming low through the branches, the work looks like exactly what it is.
