About Whiteoaks landscaping

Come April the ditchbanks out along the Camden and South Mills road go bright all at once, and every bed in Elizabeth City is asking to be turned over and started fresh. Whiteoaks landscaping spends those mornings with a wheelbarrow, cutting bed edges clean, laying mulch, setting shrubs where they will have room to grow into themselves. Then the mowing rounds begin and run all the way through the long coastal summer, with trimming and edging on every visit. There is a particular satisfaction in a bed line that curves exactly the way it was drawn, holding against the grass all season. Elizabeth City, Camden, South Mills and Weeksville share the calendar.
