About On the Way Landscaping and Residential Services

Durham red clay grows a stubborn lawn: it bakes hard by July and holds water like a bowl in April. On the Way Landscaping and Residential Services mows through all of it — the shaded fescue under Hope Valley oaks, the sunny strips along the rental blocks near Ninth Street, the corner lots where crepe myrtles drop their pink all week long. Edges are cut clean against the walk so the line reads from the street, and the clippings come off the beds, not just the grass. In October the leaves get hauled, oak and sweetgum both, before the first freeze mats them into the turf. A home ought to look cared for on a Tuesday, not only on a party weekend.
