About G M Lawncare & Janitorial Inc

Where Durham runs out into Research Triangle Park, the lawns go wide and the buildings sit back behind sweeps of turf and ornamental grass that catch the low morning light. G M Lawncare & Janitorial Inc works those grounds before the parking lots fill: mowing the long open runs, edging every walk and island, trimming around sign bases and light poles, and clearing the pavement of clippings. Indoors, the janitorial rounds carry the same order — floors, restrooms and common areas kept up so a property reads finished from the road all the way to the front desk. Mulch goes down in the beds each spring, and leaves come off the turf through the fall. A grounds crew doing its job is mostly invisible, and that is the mark of it.
