About Elite Property Care, LLC

Down along the Davidson River the water runs green and cold even in August, and the wall of Pisgah National Forest keeps the far bank shaded past noon. Elite Property Care, LLC looks after lawns on that side of Dunns Rock: mowing on a regular turn, cutting the borders clean where turf meets driveway, trimming close around hemlock trunks and mailbox posts. Grass grows differently ten feet from the river than it does up on the sunny bench above, and the route is built around that difference. When the hardwoods let go in the fall, the leaves get cleared off the turf until the yard is plain green again. A property that looks tended from the road is the point of every visit.
