About Piedmont Lawn and Landscaping

Davidson sits on old Piedmont ground, rolling land of red clay and gray granite halfway between the Blue Ridge and the coastal flats, and it grows grass with real enthusiasm when it is handled right. Piedmont Lawn and Landscaping works with that soil instead of against it, mowing and edging on a steady schedule, feeding and seeding when the calendar says so, mulching beds, trimming shrubs, and clearing leaves as the year winds down. Slopes here shed water quickly and thin spots follow, so the attention goes where the ground actually needs it. A lawn that holds its color from March into November is the sum of a hundred small decisions made in the right order. Making those decisions well, week after week, is the craft of it.
