About KG Property Service

On a cold morning along the Dan, fog lifts off the water and lies in the bottomland until the sun finally burns through, and the river keeps moving while everything on the bank stiffens with frost. Winter in this stretch of northern North Carolina is uneven — weeks of nothing, then one storm that shuts the county down for two days. KG Property Service is built for the second kind: plowing driveways and lots, clearing walks and entries by hand, and treating the packed ice that forms where tires have run the same track all week. A gravel drive opened before the bus route runs is the sort of thing nobody thanks you for and everybody counts on. When the fog finally lifts, the way out is already clear.
