About Clear Path Property Services

Just up the road from Currie, Moores Creek runs dark and slow under the bridge, the same water this longleaf country has always drained into. Clear Path Property Services looks after lawns across that stretch of Pender County — mowing, trimming around posts and outbuildings, edging drives, and carrying the season's leaves and fallen limbs off the turf. Fall here lets go of the heat a little at a time, so the yards want tending right through it. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when the mower shuts off and the only sound left is wind in the pines. A cut yard is a small thing that makes a whole homeplace look right.
