About Jensen Lawn & Landscaping and Tree Service

Morganton keeps a lot of big shade — oaks and maples standing over the older yards, and grass underneath doing its best with whatever light gets through. Jensen Lawn & Landscaping and Tree Service mows that kind of yard with a lighter hand: a taller cut in the shade, careful trimming around trunks and surface roots, edging where the walk runs under the canopy, everything blown clean afterward. Shaded turf is thin by nature and it does not forgive a scalping. Handled right, it holds all the way through summer and stays even under the dapple. In the middle of a hot afternoon that is the coolest ground in Burke County to be standing on.
