About Kauffman Brothers Lawn Care

Weather arrives in Columbus off the escarpment, stacking up over the Saluda Grade until the whole sky west of town goes the color of slate. Kauffman Brothers Lawn Care reads that and works ahead of it, getting the cutting done and the walks cleared before the first fat drops hit the pavement. After a foothills rain everything in Polk County shoots up, and the phone tends to know before the calendar does. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups through the long leaf-drop stretch, in a rhythm set more by the sky than by the date. What is left behind is a street of yards that look attended to, week after week.
