About Carolinas Lawn & Landscaping

Columbus sits up on its hill in Polk County, the white courthouse catching first light while the rest of town is still blue with shade. That is the hour Carolinas Lawn & Landscaping likes best — dew heavy, deck set, the first pass laid down straight across a foothills yard. Down here where the Blue Ridge leans out over the piedmont, grass grows hard through a long warm season and asks to be kept honest. The work is plain and it shows: mowing, trimming, edges cut clean along the walk, clippings blown off before the truck rolls. By the time the sun clears the ridge, a yard can look like somebody loves it.
