About Haley's Lawn Care, LLC

On summer mornings the Neuse River lays a low fog over the bottomland east of Clayton, and it burns off about the time the first mower starts. Haley's Lawn Care, LLC likes that hour — dew still on the blades, the air not yet thick, the whole day's work laid out ahead. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups sound simple written down, and they are; the craft is in doing them the same careful way every visit, so the stripes fall true and the walkway line stays sharp. By the time the heat arrives, the yard is done and quiet. A homeowner comes home to grass that looks like somebody cared, because somebody did.
