About Carolina Mountains Property Improvements, LLC

Where Catheys Creek comes down out of the Pisgah slopes, winter arrives early in the high coves and leaves late. A half inch of ice on a steep gravel drive can hold a whole household in place, so Carolina Mountains Property Improvements, LLC takes the switchbacks first — plowing, opening turnarounds, treating the pitch where tires lose their grip. Walks, porch steps and parking pads get cleared by hand where the truck cannot reach. Mountain weather keeps its own manners, coming sideways at three thousand feet while the valley below sees only rain. Storm work serves Catheys Creek, Brevard, Rosman, Pisgah Forest and Cedar Mountain.
