Ashburton Lawn Care

About Ashburton Lawn Care

October dusk along Kildaire Farm Road, headlights on early, willow-oak leaves skidding across the asphalt. Cool-season grass in the Triangle does its real growing now, and Ashburton Lawn Care works the shortening afternoons, mowing lower, clearing the leaf mat before it smothers what is coming up, keeping the beds open to the light. It is unhurried, deliberate work, done while the sky goes amber over the neighborhoods off Cary Parkway. Come the mild days after Thanksgiving those lawns still hold their green, and that is the whole point of the fall. Mowing, trimming, edging and leaf work carry a yard from the first cut of spring to the quiet end of the year.
