About Swicegood & Company

The French Broad starts small above Rosman, where the forks gather and the river sets off north, the one direction it seems willing to travel. Swicegood & Company keeps lawns and landscapes along that valley — mowing and trimming through the growing months, beds mulched and cut in, plantings maintained, cleanups when the weather turns. Midsummer work happens in the cool part of the morning, before haze settles over the pastures toward Blantyre and the day gets heavy. River-bottom yards and steep bench lots both come out the same way: even passes, defined edges, nothing left on the drive. It is plain work, done well enough that a place looks composed from the mailbox in.
