About Cmc Landscaping & Hydroseeding

Late April, a raw bank out toward Penrose is nothing but graded clay waiting on weather. Cmc Landscaping & Hydroseeding sprays it green — seed, mulch and tack laid in a slurry that clings to the pitch while the mountains supply the rain, which they generally do. A few weeks on, the fuzz comes up, roots take hold of the bank, and what used to wash down the hill becomes lawn. Alongside the seeding there is the ordinary landscape work: mowing, bed shaping, ground prepared and planted around new construction from town out to Etowah. Watching a hillside knit itself back together is the part of the job that never gets old.
