About Black Creek Lawn Pro

Black Creek carries its dark water slow through the bottoms south of Benson, and the fireflies come up off it about the time the last yard of the day gets finished. Lawns near the swamp edge stay damp longer, hold moss in the shady corners, and want a mower that knows when the ground is too soft to cross. So the work goes on a rhythm — cut when it is ready, trim tight to the porch steps and the beds, blow the clippings clear of the walk. In fall the cypress out in the water turns rust-colored and the leaf cleanups start in earnest around the houses. It is yard work made for this flat, green, water-threaded piece of Johnston County.
