About Earthwise Landscaping LLC

Early on the Catawba the water carries a thin mist, and the lawns above the bank at Belmont come out of the night soaked. Earthwise Landscaping LLC waits for that to lift, then mows, edges and trims its way through the neighborhoods between the river and the South Fork. Piedmont grass is a summer animal — it wants cutting often, at the right height, with the clippings kept off the walks and out of the storm drains. Getting a lawn to hold a straight line along a river-town sidewalk is a small, exact satisfaction. By the time the heat comes on, the yard is finished and the day belongs to somebody else.
