About Capel Mowing LLC

On a cold morning Belews Lake gives off steam like a kettle, and the yards along its coves come up out of that mist one hedge at a time. Lawn work here follows the water — long shoreline properties, sloped lots, and the odd steep bank that only a careful pass will hold. The grass gets cut clean, edges drawn along walks and drives, and the trimmings cleared so nothing washes down toward the lake. Northward the Sauratown ridges sit on the horizon and tell you which way weather is coming from, usually with about an hour's notice. From Belews Creek over toward Walnut Cove and Stokesdale, it is mowing done at the pace the lake keeps.
