Cutting Edge Lawn Care

About Cutting Edge Lawn Care

On a June morning in Banner Elk the fog sits in the valley until the sun clears the ridge, and that is when the mowers start. Up here the growing season is short and steep, so every cut counts — grass kept even across ground that never lies flat, edges drawn straight along walks and gravel drives. Cutting Edge Lawn Care works the yards below Sugar Mountain, where a lawn has to hold its own against rock, root and weather that changes by the hour. There is real satisfaction in the last pass, when the clippings are cleared and the line between grass and stone reads sharp from the road. In the high country, a tidy yard is a small act of order against a very large landscape.
