About Smokey Mountain Lawncare L.L.C.

The ridges southwest of Asheville earn their name most mornings after rain, when blue haze rises out of the hollows and stacks itself in layers all the way to the horizon. Smokey Mountain Lawncare L.L.C. works beneath those ridges, keeping lawns cut, edges sharp and beds clear through the long green stretch from April to first frost. Grass grows fast in this wet, high country, and the answer is a dependable week-in, week-out cut rather than a rescue mission in July. Trimming gets done around the stone walls, mailboxes and rhododendron that come with a yard out this way, and the clippings are blown off before anyone gets home. The reward is plain: a lawn with an even nap and a clean border, sitting easy under a mountain skyline.
