Oak Services Landscaping & Lawn Care

About Oak Services Landscaping & Lawn Care

Up along Town Mountain the oaks hold their shade deep into the afternoon, and the grass beneath them grows in patient, uneven light. Oak Services Landscaping & Lawn Care works that dappled ground the way it asks to be worked — mowing, trimming and edging, beds kept shaped, borders clean where turf runs up against root and stone. By October the acorns come down like small rain and the leaves follow, and the yard gets cleared so the turf can breathe into the cold. There is a particular satisfaction in the last pass of the day, when the mower lines run true across a sloped yard and the ridgeline behind it goes soft and blue. It is landscaping and lawn care for Asheville homes that sit among trees, which in this town is nearly all of them.
