About Charlie's Lawn & Landscaping

Kenilworth is built on a hill and so are its lawns, which makes mowing there a question of angles before anything else. Charlie's Lawn & Landscaping works the banks and terraces above Kenilworth Lake, cutting across the slope, trimming close to retaining walls, edging drives that drop straight to the street. In June the light hangs on past eight and you can hear engines running three yards over. Autumn means getting leaves off the steep side yards before a hard rain mats them down. Every visit ends the same way — walks cleared, gate latched, the place sharper than it was that morning.
