The Lawn Company

About The Lawn Company

Midsummer in Oakley, and the mowers start once the dew burns off, one street at a time. The Lawn Company runs a route through Asheville's south-side neighborhoods — cutting, trimming, edging, blowing the walks clear — the ordinary week-in work that keeps a block looking looked-after. Grass here runs hard from May into August, slows in the heat, then makes a second push when the nights cool, and the schedule follows it. Nothing showy about a good cut: even height, sharp borders, and no clippings left where they don't belong. Recurring lawn service across Asheville and the neighborhoods south of downtown.
