About Bland Landscaping Co.

West of town, Jordan Lake sits wide and cold in January, and the wind coming off it doesn't warm much before it reaches the commercial strips along US 64. Snow in Apex tends to come in awkward amounts — enough to close everything, not enough to be simple — and it often finishes as sleet. Bland Landscaping Co. covers that ground through the winter: plowing and clearing lots, driveways and entry walks, and laying down ice control where shallow drainage refreezes after dark. Clearing something the size of a shopping strip is mostly patience and pattern, the same route every pass so nothing gets missed at the far end. When sleet is falling on top of snow, timing matters more than horsepower.
