About Season to Season Landscaping

The transition zone is a strange place to grow grass: Bermuda asleep while fescue does its best work, then the two trading places once the heat arrives. Season to Season Landscaping works both halves of that across St. Marys — mowing and trimming through the warm stretch, aeration and overseeding as the nights cool, cleanups at each turn of the year. Beds get mulched in spring and cut back in autumn, shrubs pruned at the point the plant will forgive it. Leaves fall here well into December, so the last cleanup lands closer to winter than most people expect. Working with the calendar instead of against it is most of what keeps a yard even.
