Little Larry’s Lawn Care

About Little Larry’s Lawn Care

By mid-July the cicadas around Albertson are loud enough to hear over an engine, and the grass grows faster than anybody can watch it. Little Larry's Lawn Care meets that stretch of the year head-on: mowing on a tight rotation, trimming around porch steps and pump houses, blowing every walkway clean before moving on. Duplin County yards run wide and open, bordered by field and pine, so the work is as much about the edges as the middle. Come fall the same routes turn into leaf hauling and cleanup, and the yards go quiet again. It is honest, repetitive work, and a freshly cut lot on a hot afternoon is its own kind of payoff.
