Albemarle Lawn Care

About Albemarle Lawn Care

The old mill streets at the edge of Albemarle were laid out in tight rows of small square yards, and there is an art to making one of those look bigger than it is. Albemarle Lawn Care starts early on June mornings, while the dew is still down and the mower cuts quiet, working through mowing, trimming, edging and blowing the sidewalks clean. A narrow lot rewards a straight pass more than a wide one does — there is nowhere to hide a crooked line. Beds get cut back to their border and the walk gets swept all the way to the curb. By nine the street smells like cut grass and the day can get on with itself.
