Con's Weed Control Service

About Con's Weed Control Service

By noon in July the heat stands still over Sidney and the only thing moving is a hawk turning above the beet rows. That is the hour weeds make their case — thistle on the fenceline, dandelion in the boulevard strip, foxtail crowding the alley edge. Con's Weed Control Service works the lawns of town against all of it, pairing weed treatment with mowing, trimming and edging so the grass gets the water and the room it needs. Out here every green thing competes for the same short season, and a clean lawn is really a matter of deciding what gets to stay. The good part of the work is walking a yard in August and finding nothing in it but grass.
