About Willow's Landscape and Construction LLC

Willows lean out over the Clark Fork all through Missoula, bare and gold-branched by midwinter, and Willow's Landscape and Construction LLC works the driveways and lots along the streets that follow the river's bends. Snow gets plowed back from garages and pushed clear of the willow roots that buckle pavement near the bank, walkways get shoveled down to solid footing, and the ice that forms where the river's damp air drifts uphill gets salted before it can set. The willows keep their shape all winter, yellow against the white, marking the line where the crew's routes run closest to the water. Street by street, the routes follow the same bends the willows do.
