About Brant's Plants Inc

Grant Creek slides down out of the foothills and through a corridor of newer neighborhoods on Missoula's north side, and that's Brant's Plants Inc's territory once the snow starts falling. Long driveways and cul-de-sac aprons get plowed clean, walkways get shoveled down to the concrete, and the ice that forms where cold air off the creek gathers in the low spots gets broken up and salted before it can take anyone's feet out from under them. The crew works quietly, truck lights swinging across still-dark yards, clearing one property and moving to the next while the creek keeps its own soft sound under the snow. The last driveway on the route gets the same pass as the first, however early the morning started.
